The save slots (not counting quick saves) are typically restricted about four save slots for each game, and in Chaos Theory, the 'save preview' images are static images of the respective levels, instead of a mini-screenshot of the player's screen.Īnother noticeable feature is how the multiplayer and cooperative components of the Splinter Cell games are not included in the HD Trilogy. Additionally, the HD Trilogy features a manual save system where the player is free to save or quick save their progress at any point during the game.

In each of the games, except for Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, the main menu, pause menu and OPSAT display is different - usually showing the concept/cover art for the respective game. The Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD includes all three games, and despite being remastered versions of each of them, the display and interfaces look different.
